2. RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
  • Create and update necessary records, databases, reports Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Be responsible for making all booking (included car booking, air ticket booking, restaurant booking,...).
  • Check staff daily attendance. Make sure that all corners of office (reception, meeting, working areas) are clean and tidy.
  • Plan and prepare internal company event: year-end party, company trip, happy hour, end month party, sport events.
  • Design, arrange or/and co-organize external events: international internship, IT competition, exchange student trip, workshop
  • Follow up staff birthdays and send wishes and e-card to them.
  • Work with vendors and send quotation when requested Write and send meeting minute.
  • Build relationships with all employees.
  • Welcome and support clients, new employees, interviewees, guests to the office.
  • Handover, receive, store and manage quality and quantity of assets, devices in the office.
  • Provide operational and administrative support whenever necessary.
  • Assist with other tasks and duties as assigned by his/ her immediate supervisor; as well as participate in company activities.

3. REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role.
  • Strong command of English. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Driven, organised, and detail-oriented.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
  • Qualifications in office administration, secretarial studies or relevant field will be an advantage.

b. Working places: 3rd Floor, 194 Golden Building - No. 473, Dien Bien Phu Street, Ward 25, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City. 

c. Working hours: 9:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday.
