b. About client:

Our client is a Singapore based crypto currency exchange that providing fiat to crypto and crypto to crypto exchange. They aim to be the first exchange to let you trade Blockchain ideas, knowledge and values.


  • Administer, prioritize, and respond to tickets relating to company’s platform.
  • Handle customer enquiries and provide adequate assistance.
  • Deepen understanding of company’s platform to advise customers inquiries accurately.
  • Ability to identify and relay critical issues and bugs that requires immediate attention to the respective teams.
  • Documentation of common inquiries, feedbacks and complaints.
  • Suggest improvements in procedures that will improve efficiency in handling customer experience.
  • Might be required to work remotely during night shift.
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned.



a. Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics/finance/business or related major. The Master is a plus.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Attractive appearance.
  • All people oriented personnel are all welcome.
  • Ability to work interdependently with colleagues and is highly self-motivated.
  • Proactive and positive with a passion of continually improving customer success function.
  • Willingness and open-mindedness to learn in a new environment and domain.
  • Proficient in written and customer relation skills to resolve customers’ enquiries.
  • Ability to demonstrate patience and professionalism when dealing with challenging situations.
  • Ability to empathize with customers and educate them about the nature of our business.
  • Meticulous to details and transaction issues.
  • Interested in Crypto currency and Blockchain.

*** Nice to have:

  • Can communicate in Chinese is a great advantage.
  • Own crypto currency.

b. Working places: 3rd Floor, Dai Phat Building - 82 Lane, Duy Tan Street, Dich Vong Hau Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi City.

c. Working hours: 8:30 - 17:30 from Monday to Friday.
